Production process of silicone products

Silica gel itself is a white and transparent paste, and the finished product we see is a variety of colors, it is novel, how is it?

The first step is rubber mixing. We can match the color according to the customer’s requirements. The staff need to melt the original white paste of silica gel first and then slowly match the other colors the customer wants.

The second step is molding. After the rubber mixing process is completed, it needs to be cut into strips. When it comes to the molding department, it needs to be weighed to avoid loss and waste.

The semi-finished products after the mold, the temperature is still very high, need to be cooled for a period of time before the next process.

Semi-finished products with many edge impurities need to be dealt with, that is, our third step of edge dismantling, and our company is subdivided into simple and fine dismantling.

Simple dismantling staff will use scissors pliers and other tools to remove the edge of the product, to remove excess parts.

The next step is our refinement, which requires more meticulous efforts to pick out and wipe the small edges of each product.

The next step is our QC department to check and spot check again to make sure that the products are qualified before packaging and sealing.

After completing the above process, we can pack and ship for customers.
